"my cousin had this product and brought it on a visit. after a brief use of the product, i had to have my own. i love it. i'm not very technical, but was able to figure it out. it scans quickly and places the photos directly in iphoto or email or wherever you direct. great product. "

"Despite successful prior deliveries this $700 order never showed up. After checking up on it, the vendor provided UPS tracking info noted the shipment was refused (not correct and our office is staffed 7 days a week) and had been delivered several states away. I called Lex Jet 's 800 # and was told a salews rep would get back to me, which didn't happen within 24 hours (!). Called again and was told another shipment was en route. Assuming this was a UPS issue, but not a great customer service experience with Lex Jet this go round."
