"I am very upset with our purchase. I bought the product on the 20th, you charged it on the 20th, but I still I have not delivered. Today is day 27. This delay is unacceptable for a serious supplier.
I understand that you offer flat rate ground, but should give the option of another way to faster delivery, a simple way to choose on their website.
Next time I will buy at a local supplier, which is much more reliable, but have less choice of products and the price is more expensive.

I just have a packaging comment, the paint can is very hard to handle and the edges are starting to rust and I have to be careful not to get it on the brush.
