"LexJet is great to work with. This was not a perfect experience. The first product I got did not meet or match my expectations or needs. I worked with customer service to remedy the problem and that was a good experience but after a couple of days tring to find the right product I tried to place an order and the item was new and not in stock. So, I switched to a third product and placed the order and it is to arrive today. I'm still waiting for the UPS label to return the first product. My main complaint would be that a sample kit of LexJet products may have prevented ordering something that was not entirely correct. Of course, I know LexJet is always adding new products so this could be a problem. I do appreciate the fact that they have a no hassle return program but it still slows the time and adds cost to the return/replacement process."
