"All my experience with LexJet has been very good. with the exception of one thing. Information given by LexJet to the trucking company was incorrect. I listed my home address as the place for you to ship it. I checked my account to see of I'd made a mistake and I had it correct. So somewhere between you and the truck line my work office "Department of Xxxxx" was added and my home, street address was changed from Blxxxx "Lxxxx." You essentially converted the order to and undeliverable address. I caught it before they attempted delivery, but YOU need to check how shipping instructions are transferred from my computer entry to the truck line.

By the way, I always find your representatives excellent, capable, and good to work with. "
