"Excellent service and delivery. Their Sunset line of canvas is very good quality and is almost half the cost of Epsons' product. I have ordered inks, paper and other supplies for my Epson Stylus Pro 9900 using their standard delivery. The items, depending on availability, started arriving 2 days later. The longest wait was for the Sunset line of canvas stretcher frames, which had to come from New York. Those took 3 days - not bad at all. I, for one, am extremely satisfied with the personalized customer service (thank you Courtney) and the short delivery times."
