"I ordered a light cyan ink cartridge for my Hp 5500. I was promised overnight delivery. The next day I received not one but two ink cartridges.
I called Lexjet to inform them of the small mistake and they picked up the extra cartridge. I was only billed for one cartridge.

"Upon placing our order for an Epson 7900 printer, we immediately received a call from customer support. Besides confirming our order, they also wanted to make sure that the printer would fit our business needs. The printer shipped the very next day, and we received it two days after that. While waiting for our printer to arrive, we were contacted two more times by customer service, letting us know the shipping status of our printer. They contacted us again after the printer was delivered to make sure everything was in order.
