"This was our first time purchasing from LexJet. We were not sure if the item we were looking at would be compatible with our printers. We were able to work with a representative from LexJet before purchasing who ensured the compatibility between the material and our device. After placing our order, a representative followed up to inform us the order has shipped and when we could expect it. We received the material within two days. After we received the material, we contacted customer service for instructions on the best way to install. They were able to send me immediately a step by step video that made for a seamless installation.

"I realized three days before a print deadline that I was almost out of two different inks. My go-to for ink was Staples, but they only had one of the cartridges available. I found LexJet by searching for any online merchant that sells those same ink cartridges. WOW! Not only were the cartridges about $20 less, the shipping was free and both cartridges arrived within two days. I received one cartridge after one day of placing the order and out of concern I emailed Lexjet customer service and they assured me that I would have my other cartridge by the next day. Our company saved almost $40 and I received a very nice handwritten card thanking us for our business! With service like that, LexJet will have our company's business from now on! "
