"Incredibly disappointed in the shipping experience with this company. I ordered a roll of paper (on a Saturday) specifically because they had an option to receive it by Monday and I needed it last minute to prepare work for a show. Monday comes around and the paper is marked as “Shipped” on LexJet’s website but has not been delivered. I contacted the company’s customer service who informed me that because they do not ship on Saturdays, the paper would not be arriving until Tuesday. While I completely understand not sending orders out on a Saturday, the misquote in shipping time is unacceptable. The company did apologize and acknowledge that it was an issue that needed to be fixed, but did little to rectify the situation, aside from offering to ship in ground, which still didn’t solve my problem. Correct shipping estimates are crucial for your customers. I understand delays happen occasionally, but can not fathom why something as routine as your distribution center being closed on the weekends wouldn’t be accounted for. I was forced to cancel the order, which hadn’t even been shipped (contrary to what the website said) and purchase paper elsewhere. "
