"Told us my large order was set to arrive the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Kept extra staff late to receive the order, which never came. When I contacted Lexjet, my rep had already left the office for Thanksgiving vacation. Said they'd call me on Monday about delivery. Went from guaranteed Wednesday delivery to "we'll call you" to schedule the following Monday. Spent money on overtime and kept employees from leaving to be with their families. "
