"I went to order the product online from my favorites list, I did not look closely at the fine print to noticed that the product was out of stock and when I was clicking on the add to cart button I was actually ordering the "LexJet" version of the product. It was my fault for not paying close attention and Lexjet canceled the order to correct it, however when I went back into the website to see HOW it happened the format is very deceptive and it is a very easy error. The large and ONLY add to cart button was at the bottom of the page ... The assumption is that you are adding the main product you are looking at when in reality they are adding the small thumbnail of a "suggested item". I usually love Lexjet, but consider this a design flaw a bait and switch to get you to try their product line and an epic fail. "
