When I did place the order, I received a confirmation phone call, during which the rep did attempt to upsell; I understand they have to do this, but in the course of a busy work day, I am not interested in this and it annoys me! Overall, very satisfied with their customer service and response."

"Very fast delivery. Banner specs a little confusing. A bit odd your company doesn't make the banner. We ordered banner at local business. You said 1/2" bleed on sides and top and 6" on bottom. But then the printer needs to cut the side bleeds and leave the top and bottom bleeds. This should be specified in the specs. Ended up hand cutting them. Also I don't recall there being mentioned the adhesive bottom. Directions say align at black line when sticking it. There is no black line. Bag is very nice and stand is sturdy."
