"I was very disappointed with having been quoted a shipping charge of $46 for one 13 inch by 20 ft. roll of canvas and 5 ink cart. for my Stylus Photo 2200. When I called to cancel the order the rep re-calculated the order and shipping became $30. Still too expensive considering I only live a short distance from Sarasota. Shouldn't be my responsibility to get the products to your location in my opinion. I know I can get Genuine Epson Inks for less than I pay Lexjet but have continued to order from Lexjet because of the well intentioned, helpful and courteous representatives........but even at $30 for a hundred dollars worth of products it's not a good deal for me. You should consider USPS, give your clients a good deal enabling them to buy more products from you in the end."
