"Lexjet is run by Scam Artists - They had overstock of a $4000 Canon Imageprograf 4000s Printer and I verbally ordered a Canon Imageprograf 4000 (I didn't even know there was an "s") I found out as I was setting it up, without having even put the inks in it, that it was incorrect because it only had 8 inks and I was expecting 11!. I called them at that time. They called me back and said "I was out of luck" I just have to deal with it. I called and canceled with my AMEX. The owner than got back to me and tried to talk me into using the printer I didn't order or want saying it is just as good as the other and saying that I ordered the "Canon. I am a fine art photographer and I have very specific needs for this. He also stated he had 2 more on the floor of his shop and didn't have the one I wanted. He said Canon would't take it back. So he basically sold me the one they had and wanted me to take the financial hit for it or accept a printer I didn't want. They did send an invoice that I didn't notice that they had sent the "S" as I didn't even know there was an "S" model. Note: I had also talked to the seller about it having 11 inks and had asked if they had the 11 big inks for it. I also asked for the 11 ink rebate that was available. "

"I ordered and paid online after updating my credit card. Only got shippling notification for half my order then they only too half payment from credit card I gaave on line, tried to bill an old credit card they had on file. then argued about my resale certificate, got me to verify it and send them verification. Then told me it wasn't right, eventually said they sent me refund, not sure where to. Then told me payment didnt go through on old credit card. I am still not sure how much I paid. They left message to say order couldn't be processed as my credit card had been declined 5 days after I had received it, I called they said I didn't owe anything then send receipt for payment. I don't want to hear from anybody about this. I am hoping next time I can just place an order on line and get what I order as placed.
