"Lexjet has responsive and sincere customer service. Good thing, because it spends most of its time explaining shortcomings in its web site. Firstly, there are a lot of items in its catalog, but the search function makes it an onerous chore to find them. No matter what key words, part numbers, sku's you use, you end up with a random selection of items that probably doesn't include your target. Many times I've searched for a previously purchased item and come up empty, finding it only by going into my order history. Eventually you have to call customer service and order what you want from a live person. Secondly, once you're completed an order, you get a barrage of invoices and shipping notices that that are really confusing if you've ordered multiple items shipping from different locations. Again, you end up talking to a customer service rep to figure out what is paid, what has shipped, tracking numbers, etc. And if you need any of this info after hours or on weekends, forget it. I like LexJet basically, but sometimes I end up buying elsewhere out of frustration."
