Communication was good - but felt they should have shown availability of product better. "
"The object of the internet is to get what you order as easy and quickly as possible. I paid for to get one day shipping just to be told it doesn’t guarantee I will actually receive it the next day. I put my address on the order screen but yet I have to call Lexus back once I receive an email to verify the delivery address. Which in turn caused my order to be cancelled bcuz I didn’t check my emails to know that needed to be done. Which in turn further delay receiving my part. Suggestion, put in ur website a confirmation of address (just like an email). Plus calling ur site is a waste of time bcuz ur employees have limited information on questions about what’s ordered. Terrible procedures in place just to order a part."

"Poor experience, I order a radiator and upper and lower hose connector. At that time it was available. Than it was process and paid for via PayPal. Than I received notification later that the radiator was not available and no ETA. It was not properly communicated that the radiator was not included when I agree for shipment.
