I ordered four separate parts on one order. The order was processed promptly and arrived when promised.
The bad:
While three of the items were correct and the exact parts needed, the fourth was missing entirely. The packaging arrived undamaged, but it was clear that the missing part had never been in the box that arrived, as the box was too small to contain the part. The three parts that did arrive were loose in the box with no additional packaging of any kind, they were just rattling around. No invoice or packing list was in or on the box. I immediately contacted LexusPartsNow via their RMA form per the instructions on their website. I listed the parts that I had received and the missing part by part number and description. I received a response back asking for photos of the received and the packaging material. I sent photos of the parts, the box and the shipping label. They responded asking for photos of the shipping label of the box, I again sent the close, readable photo of the shipping label. They then asked for photos of the parts that I had received. I resent all photos for the third time. They again asked again for photos. The photos I had already sent were clear, in focus and the parts were easy to see and identify and the labels could be read in their entirety. I tried calling, but after 20 minutes of hold music, the voicemail announced that they did not have anyone to answer the phone and to use the contact form on the website. This was mid-morning and I'm in the same time zone as LexusPartsNow. As I had now spent four days answering every request multiple times, I gave up and disputed the charges for the portion of the order I didn't receive with my credit card company. I would not recommend LexusPartsNow as they do not handle problems well. "
"Terrible.
The plastic tow bar cover part that was delivered for my Lexus was the wrong colour, black instead of the pearl white and even though it came in undamaged bubble wrap, had massive deep scratch on the face which must have been there from being packaged. Due to slight delay in delivery I’ve missed the 30 day return window and no replacement part allowed. Tried escalating to supervisor but again a big NO. Not much cost to them but big to me.
In this climate this is bad service. Their mistake but taking no responsibility."
