Ordered on a Monday, received an email that the “ETA” was the 10th. Kept checking on shipping/tracking feature and it always said processing. Called the company on the 10th and was told “ETA” meant that was the shipping date??? Order arrived on the 13th, one week after order placed. "

"I ordered a part that it didn’t even make an attempt to come to Guam. It stopped in Utah, then I get an email saying I will get a refund and they are taking 20% restock fee because they received the part back. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANTED MY PART TO BE RESENT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
