"I told your rep I needed a battery back up a 3 prong plug recliner. He said basically to order the battery backup from lift chair. The product came and my plug did not fit. He ultimately said my recliner is obsolete and no 3 prong capability exists. I am trying to get instructions to return the unneeded battery backup plus my refund. This is still active and in process. The actual train of e-mails exists and is available to the company.."
"After finally being able to make contact to try and resolve the problem I was told that I didn't read information completely. While discussing this to try to resolve the issue contact told me that he was going to have to hang up as we had been on phone for too long and that if I were to take old motor off my chair and send it to them that they would try to make a "Y" cable up to the motor cable. If they couldn't they'd give me half of what I had spent off the cost of a new $1200 chair. Made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.
I have sent their product back and will see if they refund my $200 without a fight."
