"Lightinthebox's customer service was extremely helpful. When I contacted them about my issue, they responded the same day. I had ordered a track top and bottom, but they accidentally sent me two bottoms instead of the top. They acknowledged the mistake, told me to keep the extra bottom at no cost, and promised to send the correct top. I highly recommend Lightinthebox for their excellent service."

"Recently I got very stressed buying new dancing shoes at your website. I got myself into a terrible muddle, ordering several pairs at once and needing to cancel them. Ordering dancing shoes is difficult because of correct sizing, fabric etc.
During that time I had communication with Danica, followed by Fabio, followed by Rosane. Danica was helpful to a point, then left me hanging with no resolution. Fabio didn't even try to help me. Rosane was the only one who stepped up to support me until I reached resolution, which was confirmation of the cancellation of the orders I no longer wanted.
It was a very stressful experience. If it was not for Rosane, I would never order with your company again.
