"Just need help regarding the policy for a refund. Just feedback to Light in the box. If you’re going to be selling merchandise internationally with no warehouse in Australia or in a main capital Siri weather be Sydney or Melbourne and you need to send it off back to the UK,USA or Canada it cost a lot of money for the customer to return so that something you need to look into as a customer satisfaction and without putting them out of pocket. Overall the customer service was very good thank you"

"The dress I ordered did not fit well and wasn't suitable for the occasion. I requested a return but this would have to be paid for and sent from a post office. I do not drive and have to get a taxi to the post office and the return was only to be 50% of the initial cost. As a pensioner I am not able to afford this. When I informed Coruncanius of my predicament, I was treated with kindness and respect which was above and beyond anything that I could have expected or hoped for. I thank this person for resolving the situation for me. I am very grateful and very impressed."
