"A month ago, I ordered a pretty skate dress with a lot of “gem” decorations. When it arrived, I was panicked - it is beautiful, but delicate fabrics glued together in several places and my daughter needs it very soon. I messaged the customer service department. Meanwhile we also tried to find someone who knows how to handle delicate fabrics. Within 24 hours, I got reply from the customer service with three different solutions including return option, or keep with two discount options. Luckily the friend we found helped us separate fabrics without obvious damage (only some tiny stains). She said glue seemed melted a little in the hot weather and people should pack some tissue paper between fabric layers before shipping. I told Sara from the customer service about it, and she kept her words to let me keep the dress and gave me good discount. She said she would forward my feedback to related departments. "I had got a wireless carplay adapter and was quite happy with the shipping speed and the quality of the product. But like any electronic item, this developed a snag post an OTA update and was made unusable. I reached out the LightInTheBox and they were very patient to hear out the issue and tried giving all resolutions to get this fixed. The even reached out to the product manufacturer to see what can be done. The updates in the progress was prompt and the final resolution to the issue was also in accordance to what I expected. Really happy with the service and support that i recipient. All good retailers are not know for how tue sell the product but are known how is the after sales service. LightInTheBox is excellent in this and will recommend to other buyers too. A special callout to Eleonora for the wonder and amazing support she provided in getting my issue resolved. Great work !!!!"

"I was in the market for a new headset and my friend recommended Light In The Box. Having read a selection of customer reviews I ordered the pair which best suited my needs. Product arrived in the UK in good time and looked just as shown on their website. Set up procedure was very straightforward, however the sound quality was great. I sent a quick email to explain the problem and stated that I was happy to return the product in exchange for another set. The response time and manner in which Yuriy dealt with my issue was excellent. I received an apology and a full refund was in my bank account within a couple of days even though I didn’t request one! No need to return the product and I’m just waiting for a new set to arrive. Having read the positive reviews I think on this occasion I was just unlucky! These things happen from time to time - it how the issue is resolved that matters and on this occasion it was first class, thanks Yuriy."
