"I’ve had to contact LIGHT IN THE BOX twice about a couple of orders. Once because I had placed a large order of earrings, and it was taking a long time to process. Customer service responded very quickly, and notified me that they split the order into 2 shipments so they could immediately ship the items that had been processed so I didn’t have to wait so long for everything. #MUTLUCAN Is the name of the Customer Service Representative that contacted me and told me about the split shipment.
When I received the first shipment, 2 of the earrings had been damaged in the shipping process, despite being well packaged. I took photos of the damaged items and contacted Customer Service about them, attaching the photos. I received a reply in 1 business day from SILVIA advising me that LIGHT IN THE BOX would be shipping out replacement earrings to me.
I have had an excellent experience with their Customer Service, and am more than pleased with the merchandise I have ordered. I highly recommend LIGHT IN THE BOX. Hace unos días me llegó un paquete con unos leds que solicité a light in the box procedentes fe china.
En mi caso ya había solicitado este pedido con anterioridad ya que estaba preparando un espectáculo y esta vez al volver a realizar la compra al llegar el paquete a españa me cobraron la tasa aduanera de 97,41 euros.
El proveedor no me había comentado esto antes y en mi anterior pedido no se me cobró impuesto alguno. Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente y en un plazo de 48hs (Javier) quién me trató muy bien me confirmó que dicho importe se me devolvería.
Hoy me ha llegado dicho importe así que seguiré comprando con ellos ya que tengo la tranquilidad de que me ayudarán en todo lo que necesite.
