"Our order took almost two weeks to ship. I called four times during those two weeks trying to figure out what was going on. I got vague answers and promises to call me back once they got ahold of the warehouse. Finally, the person on the phone asks "did you order artcraft?". I say "yes...?" and she says, "Oh, they held our orders for over a week due to some misunderstanding". I had called three time prior to this and was not informed of any delay. It finally just shipped. This is the last item holding up our kitchen reno and has pushed our end date back two weeks! I understand unforseeable delays, but I should have been informed and it should have not taken 4 phone calls to get any answers."

So, I ordered it after making sure there were decent reviews of them as a company. Wow; I couldn't believe how fast the lamp arrived! I ordered it on a Sunday, and it arrived by Wednesday. There was no damage, the lamp was pretty easy to put up, and it looks great. I was very happy with the whole experience, and I would definitely order from them again."

"The light fixture I was looking for was out of stock everywhere but Lighting Genie claimed to have had it. It was a bit more expensive than other stores but I thought it was worth it rather than wait 2 months for a back-order. I purchased the fixture and, about a week later, I get an email stating that the fixture actually is on back-order through Lighting Genie. I really wish they would keep their stock up to date online. They claimed to have had my item in stock and that's why I purchased it from them. I ended up paying more for my item and still had to wait the same amount of time as if I had ordered it from one of the many places that offered it for less."
