"Well, they were really quick at charging my credit card. Sometime in the weeks after they charged me they noticed that they do not have the product I ordered. That is when they asked if I minded waiting until sometime next year for my order, or I could cancel and start looking around elsewhere for what I expected would be already on its way to me.
Apparently their guarantee extends only to them accepting payments"
"I ordered that Bath room lights. After taking the order it took 1-2 days fto inform me that the lights are not being produced. So why advertise something that the Manufacturer has stopped producing? "
"The order website never updated to say that my order had been processed and shipped. I wrote asking the status and never received a response. My order arrived and two days later I received an email that my order had been shipped.
Overall, the price was great, but the customer service was less than expected.
I'm not sure I would select this outlet as my first choice given the experience."

"Tried to check the status of my order 3 weeks after placement. Tried their "chat with us feature" and was told to call and then they answered no more of my questions. Attempted to call and was hung up on 3 times before finally getting a person. Then they couldn't even find my order, however, they had already charged my credit card. Who does that? Every online store I have ever shopped does not charge until shipped. Cancelled order immediately and still have not received refund/credit. Prices are great but customer service makes them a store I will not do business with. "

1. Was not notified product shipped - had to call and inquier after almost a week and found out it was being delivered the next day (which was good news).
2. Unhappy with product. Did not discovery quality issue until installed. Not an issue with LightingGenie, but rather Acclaim Lighting. Will not buy their products again. Very disappointed."
