"I ordered 7 outdoor fixtures and placed most of my order online. However, I needed a special part (a surface mount for the pole light that I had ordered). I phoned Lighting Genie, and spoke w/ a rep who knew exactly what I needed & how to get it ordered.
Upon delivery, FedEx delivered one package, but said the other package was undeliverable due to incorrect address. I phoned Lighting Genie, who followed up with the lighting manufacturer and Fed Ex to get the situation resolved.
I saved over $200 using Lighting Genie, and couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service!"

At the time of order it was in stock and now it is back ordered and I have not received it....so I am waiting. "asked live chat if the item was in stock and was assured it was so i placed the order only to get an email it was out of stock. I wrote to customer service to tell them what happened and all they could say was live chat was wrong..then you send me a survey thanking me for my purchase. Are you kidding me!!"

The order was confirmed and I was sent an email letting me know that the order was in process and the package would ship in 5-7 business days. 9 business days later, I called to check on status and was told that they no longer sell that brand. What??!! 2 weeks of waiting, just to be told that they don't sell an item that was on their web site and for which I was sent 2 confirmation emails? Don't waste your time with these people."
