"We ordered an expensive Craftmade fan and a downrod. The fan delivery timeline was (and is) far out, but we have dealt with Craftmade and know that delivery is often slow--we're ok with that. I ordered the wrong length downrod (4 ft.) and tried to change the order (to 3 ft.) Even though it had been only one day, the 4 ft. had already been shipped (for a fan that is to be shipped in November.) We received the 3 ft. downrod but were charged for shipping. You refunded the shipping--thanks. We were to return the 4 ft. at your expense which we did. The refund was confirmed by email but we haven't received it. You tell us it was processed, but we haven't received it and apparently won't be receiving it. This is the fifth Craftmade fan we have purchased and will probably buy another one in the near future. We chose your company because we could save about $60.00. However, with the refund we didn't get and paying the FedEx agent more than $7.00 for shipping boxes and prep to return the 4 ft. downrod , we will save about $20.00--not worth the hassle. Needless to say, when we buy our next Craftmade, we will buy from a vendor we have had good experiences in the past. Here's hoping there are no problems with the fan we are expecting in November.
