" I was browsing sites one day and came on the LampLust Lighting site. I love flameless candles and this site had me captivated, I could not beleive how many flamless candles were out there! To make a long story short. I bought some sale items (scances Love them), and some tea lights, and some pinecone flameless candles, these all went up North to a mobile summer home we just got and I could not be happier with the way they all look. If our power ever goes out we are all set because I have enough flameless candles for each room lol. These candles are great for soft mood lighting safe too. I am so pleased I found this site. "

"BUYER BEWARE!

There is not a word in the English language to express my frustration with Lamplust's "customer service" process or my disgust for the particular "customer service" representative I have been dealing with. I have never in my life encountered such poor "customer service" when dealing with any company or purchasing any product, ever.

When I opened the box for my light fixture on 3/22, I noticed that the product was not what I had ordered. The product I ordered was 11060WSOI (a Malibu 4-light flush mount fixture in oil rubbed bronze with wilshire glass, PO# 89860, Packlist # 2224711). The packing slip had the correct product # on it but the light in the box was the wrong light. It had brushed nickel accents. I immediately called the contact name and phone number listed on the packing slip and the number was for Chase Bank. (?????????) That got me suspicious that perhaps Lamplust was not an entirely reputable company. I then went to their website and looked for a phone number to call. There was none listed for customer service so I submitted an email as the website specifies. That was on 3/22. I received a prompt response back stating "We will send you the correct order with return label right away." I was happy. Five days later on 3/27 I received an email with a web link asking me to verify what I had received. I complied and asked when I could expect a return label and receipt of the correct light fixture. No response. The next day I received yet another email asking me to send photographs of the light fixture I had received. Again, I promptly complied that day. The next day I received an email stating that the photos showed that I had received the correct light fixture. That is when I became VERY angry. That day I emailed, "No, this is NOT the correct light fixture. I ordered the light fixture with bronze trim. What I received was brushed nickel. I have repeatedly stated this. I would like to return the incorrect light fixture and receive the correct one that I had ordered. Please expedite." I also called the phone number on the website and connected with the sales department as that was the only way I could speak to a live person and this endless email exchange was useless. I explained everything to the salesman who said that it was all in the computer and was being investigated by management and I should hear back within a day. I heard nothing back the next day day. I emailed "I have not heard back from you and I am growing increasingly frustrated and angry with the run around I am getting. I have complied with your myriad requests for photos and confirmation of light fixture. You sent me the wrong light. I have repeatedly stated this. Just tell me how to return the wrong light fixture and send me the correct one immediately. If I do not get satisfaction today, I will open an investigation with American Express to get my money back and I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. I do not see what is so complicated about this for you." I heard nothing until 4 days later when I got an email with the address of where I could return the light. When I asked for the prepaid shipping label, I was told that I would have to pay shipping and that it was "company policy". I was infuriated. I have never heard of such a thing in my life. Why should I have to pay to return the product when it was not what I had ordered in the first place! I responded, "I am not paying a dime more than I already have. You should pay for shipping. It was your error." I then received an email stating that a return shipping label for UPS was being sent to me. To this day, I have never received a shipping label and it's been since April 3. On April 12, I got an email from someone named Marvin at Lampust expressing surprise that I was pursuing a refund through American Express. I related the entire story to him and asked yet again to send a prepaid shipping label so that I could return the incorrect light fixture and receive the correct one. I have not heard a word since then.

Lamplust's "customer service" would be laughable if it were not so incredibly pitiful and anti-customer. What kind of a company are they running??

"I ordered battery operated tea lights to use on the tables at my daughter's wedding. At first I was hesitant because I had trouble with comparative items from other places many times,they didn't work,they were broken when I received them ect.With Lamplust Lighting,there were no broken ones and evrey tea light worked. "Bought the lights through a Groupon offer, only to find out that they would not combine shipping for multiple orders and the fine print really disguises the fact that the deal is not so great in the end. Overall product quality is a A-. The lights, glass, and top are excellent, but the plastic stakes break easily. I have been replacing them with wooden stakes purchased at Home Depot."
