Without any notification from lamplust, the projectors were substituted with oil wheels, which are an accessory that is useless without the projector. Now I have two useless wheels, which I have paid ten times the normal price for. I have not yet heard from lamplust what they will do to remedy the situation; the poor rating is based on their extraordinarily bad communication - they required my email and phone to sell me the projector, how hard would it be to write or call? Update - projector and wheels were sent separately from two locations. I eventually received the ordered items, but the service was very slow (albeit during holidays) and communication was lacking."
