I called the 800 number and spoke with Ray, who asked a couple of questions and said I ordered the wrong part. My problem was that I didn't scroll down far enough to see that there were more pages. Ray was most helpful and sent me an email with the right part that I needed to order, which I did, yesterday. "

"Your online site was easy to use but the slide plate #313166 when received didn't match the picture that was shown for my machine. The slide plate fit on but sat slightly higher. When calling the 800 number to return and request the correct plate I was put into voice mail. I'm still waiting for a response."
"I ordered for a flat belt with ridges the connects the motor and clutch. The picture also showed the correct item. But, i received a i-ring type short belt. Please send me correct one and RMA for sending the wrong item back.
