Ordered a part online and despite two phone calls in which I was informed that the item shipped/will be shipped and two e-mails that were nevewr answered I still had not received the item by April 9, 2013 The BBB has an "F" rating on this company! One which is very serious! If I only had known before hand."

"Absolutely terrible fraud of a company. Ordered on 7/19/12. The only email I ever received from them was an order confirmation. Followed up 3 weeks later as I had not received the item yet, only to find that no one answers the phone, voicemail, or email. I'm not sure if this company is just a sham to get your info or what, but I have yet to be able to contact anyone there about my order. Had to file a complaint with the BBB and with PayPal (luckily I did not give them any of my credit card info directly). I should have checked the BBB first as I see they have an "F" rating there (as of 8/11/12). Just be forewarned!"
