"THE 2 TWIN BLANKETS I ORDER WORKED OUT GREAT. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH PILING AFTER WASHING AND DRYING THEM. THERE WAS LINT THAT NEEDED REMOVE FROM THE DRYER BUT NO MORE THAN WHEN YOU WASH AND DRY NEW TOWELS. I AM HAPPY WITH THE NEW BLANKETS AND WOULD ORDER THEM AGAIN IF AND WHEN I WOULD NEED A NEW BLANKET. "I ordered a lighting fixture. The expected shipping time was listed as 3 - 5 days so I just assumed I would receive the light in about a week or so. After waiting 2+ weeks I emailed L&T to find out what was causing the delay? One day later I received an email stating the order had been cancelled. Very poor communication. Will not order from them again."

"EDIT: Full refund issued and I don't even have to return the replacement cartridge. Since I had went ahead and ordered the actual filter from Amazon once it went back down to normal price that will come in handy. I'll give LNT another shot in the future.


Ordered a Sprite Showers HO2-CM Water Filtration, received just the filter (which generally cost half as much). I called, they said they'd send an email with return instructions. Never received the email with RMA/Return instructions, never did get back with them until just now, so now I'm back here to complain some time later.

"I ordered on the 22nd and had not received confirmation of ship by the 27th. I had a hard time reaching customer service and my original contact via email went unanswered. "Placed order on 4/18. You took my money same day. Waited 10 days to find out you're out of stock! Really, it takes you that long to find out you're out of stock? I have company coming this weekend and now I'm going somewhere else to buy a new comforter. Also, I checked the status of my order on Monday and it said it was SHIPPED. In fact my order status still shows it was shipped. How do you ship something that you're out of stock?

"I have not even received my product yet and I am already disappointed!!!! First of all, when placing my order I did so due to the 20% off coupon, however only to find out that it "did not apply" to my item (a $175 duvet cover), unfortunately I fell in love with the product and decided to order it anyways. I placed my order 10 days ago (the website said it will ship in 7-10 days.. why does it take 10 days to ship a silly duvet cover) Anyways.. There has been no communication besides the initial email about my purchase. My credit card has already been charged and there is no way to look for an update on the processing or shipping of my item!! I am frustrated beyond belief and when I tried to call the customer service number during their very limited hours, and going through a million loops, the customer service representative kept saying hello? hello? and hung up on me! I want my darn duvet cover but will never shop at linens and things again online!
**UPDATE** LNT said it would ship out early next week... The website said that it had shipped, however I could not track the package via thier website (it said "could not find tracking number" Called and left a message at the phone number found on the website and FINALLY got a responce back from them, stating the item had shipped (on May 2nd) and should be at my house May 6th. On May 6th when I did not recieve the package, I logged on directly to fed ex and thier website said the package didn't ship until like the 4th and that it would not be at my house until the 10th. It is 9:30pm on the 10th and my package is SILL Not here.... I am NOT HAPPY! I am torn whether to return the item or not just because this has been such a terrible experince!!!
