"The Customer Service is absolutely atrocious. I'd advise not to order from them. Ordered 4 of same item. Was shipped one. Because I'm on East Coast and they're on West Coast with limited hours, that added to the problem. Could only reach via email - like others said - no phone. Finally got a replacement shipment after longer than it took to process my initial order and then received only two. Had to email back so now they can hopefully get the fourth one to me! My first experience with them either online or in-store. Unbelieveable mistakes, Unbelievable Crappy Customer Service. They won't expedite shipment on their error! NASTY - certainly not how you want to be treated."

"I ordered Columbia comforter set for 38 dollars and $2 shipping, it was shipped within 3 days. The comforter is for sale on another websites including amazon for $80+. My order arrived quickly, in great condition! I was thrilled with my purchase. I did have some problems with checking out, I couldn't pay via paypal or credit card I don't remember exactly what the problem was at this moment, I know I had to create google account (which I didn't really need) to pay otherwise nothing worked, but it's ok, I saved a lot. I did contact customer service about the problem but they never responded. I ordered from LNT (older company) in the past and I did have problems with customer service and with my order not being shipped in a timely manner, some items were missing when I finally received it. I was hesitant to order again, by I guess new company worked great for me."

"I was worried after I read these reviews. I had ordered a large microwave on linens-n-things website. It worked out just fine in the end. I saved about $80 over the lowest price I could find elsewhere between free shipping, low price and a coupon I found online. Shipping was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days and I received it on the sixth day, early, instead. A good experience and I am relieved. The microwave we ordered was also ranked 2nd by consumer reports for overall quality. "
