"So I ordered this recliner chair from these jokers on or about April 25, 2014. Delivery is scheduled for May 7, 2014; great. I get a call on May 2, 2014 from David begging me to cancel the order because the item is out of stock, after they have my money. OK so I cancel the order to help them out and place an order for the recliner with Amazon Prime for an extra $20... No problem. Phone rings on May 6, 2014, and it's David again, this time begging me to cancel the Amazon order and buy the recliner from Lionsdeal again. Well I'm thinking I'm going to pass but David convinces me that the recliner will arrive on May 13, 2014, 100% guaranteed for sure. All right so I cancel the Amazon order that was in transit to accommodate David's commission check and Lionsdeal's bottom line. May 14,2014 rolls around and still no recliner delivery. I phone Lionsdeal and ask for David... David who? no David here, No David but David's boss Josh investigates the matter and discovers that the item is out of stock and that they cancelled my order. These are real men of genius! No refund so far. Run away, fast..."

"Wednesday, September 25, 2013 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Last Wednesday, September 18, 2013, I had occasion to purchase a sophisticated satellite installation meter, and was served by Ms. Ashley Rossi. The purchase was complicated by the fact that the device required firmware and database updates. Ashley was aware of these complexities and immediately provided the solution that will ensure years of useful service from the device. In these tough times, companies have to save where they can, and the device was offered for purchase on a trusted third party site for the same price, and they, additionally, offered low cost shipping; however, in order to economize on shipping, there could be up to a 4 day delay in processing and handling. Ashley Rossi through her understanding of the company ordering policies and processes was able to make sure that our order was routed without delay, and in such a way that we received the device the very next day; so soon in fact, that we were able to press it into service that very afternoon. None of this would have happened without Ms. Rossi taking the time to make sure that all the aspects of our purchase were expertly handled.
