"This was the second time I ordered an air filter from Subaru of Oregon City and received an oil filter by accident. The first time it happened I assumed it was an honest mistake since the last few characters of the part numbers were the same. The second time it happened I emailed back the parts manager with a photo of the incorrect part and requested that it be resolved. I got no response. Too bad I will have to take my business elsewhere. Everything other than fulfillment is great. The website, prices, notifications, and speed of shipping are excellent. There needs to be better quality control to ensure the correct parts gets
sent out."

"I think it awesome that Lithia allows instore pickups for Internet orders. Other dealers in twon offer discounts for internet orders but they require the parts be shipped rather than allowing the customer to walk and pick up without shipping costs. 5 stars to Lithia for their pricing and service in the parts department."
