"I have purchased NEC ND-2500A 8X DVD+/- RW Dual drive from this site few weeks ago. First of all, I have received a drive which has no original manufacturer's box. Drive seems to very defective. I haven't received any distribution software with this purchase. I have tried with different burning softwares , nothing is seems to be functioning very well. I have tried to burn at least the CD in this drive with my nero5 ahead, even that one also failed. I am pretty sure, I have received a defective one. So, I am trying return this drive now. Also , buyers be sure look at the return policy of the company. There is about 25% restocking on the return items also some returns are non refundable. On the average, I hate to buy from this .. in the future."

"Ordered a Radeon 9600 w/ 256Mb. The website is easy to use (yahoo store style) and they have a good selection. Not only was the price one of the cheapest I could find but shipping was free on the card so they're not trying to scam you with overpriced shipping. I ordered late Sunday 4th and the card was delivered Fedex Express Saver from CA to NY on Monday 12th. Only gripe was that I didn't get a confirmation email with a tracking number which is a minor thing really. I haven't used customer service or tried to return anything. Would definitely try them in future."
"Ordered a NEC ND-2500A 8X DVD+/-R - black when it just came out with the price of $136 (dollars) but they sent me a NEC ND-1300A 4X. I was so disappointed. I think I never trust them anymore.

"Where to start? The package showed up totally crushed, abused, and battered - they arrived on time but looked horrible! The DVD-Rs were unmarked and I'm amazed they survived the trip. When I opened the box to use them, Livewarehouse successfully screwed me over and sent me 25 coasters. They didn't work on ANY machine I tried, and I was told at Best Buy AND CompUSA that it was corrupted media. When I contacted Livewarehouse, they cut and pasted the return policy saying you can't return "media" and that's it. No apologies, no expression of support, just total short rudeness. I would STRONGLY suggest to avoid these jokers unless you want to throw away your money and put up with a bunch of jerks. "

First snafu, Livewarehouse changed my shipping to UPS ground, without asking me, sent emails letting them know I wanted FedEx.....took over a week to deliver!
Second snafu, drive only worked for over a day and then died. CALLED and emailed letting them know I was unhappy and wanted a replacement, with quick turn around. Took them over 5 days to get me an RMA number. I HAD TO PAY FOR return SHIPPING, they refused to. Sent to them US Priority 2 day mail 12/17/03
Today 12/29 have yet to recieve a replacement product or any email with tracking info.
I guess customer service cares little, and my purchase can wait.
In the back of my mind I knew I would get burned...called Oscar Gonzalez at Livewarehouse Customer service, mid December and expressed my frustrations and requested that they help me out with quick service before the xmas rush. They did not help me out, and here I am.
It's a shame because I would have been a frequent customer and purchased media from them to use on this dvd burner. I guess I will fill my media needs elsewhere, maybe Supermediastore, etc ???"
