"Worst service I've ever seen
I urgently needed a backup source and was tempted by the low price. Bought a DVD writer from Livewarehouse which arrived in DOA condition. It is quite a long procedure to get a RMA number from them. RMA request form is not even available on their website, so you should request it first. Moreover, it takes at least a day for the customer service to reply. So i took me a week just to get the RMA number. I didn't have time to wait until the replacement (which would take at least another week to arrive), so I returned it for a full refund, I was told that the restocking fee would not be charged in my case. So I was highly suprised when I found out the I was charged the restocking fee. I requested the explanation from customer service, never heard back.
So now I am short for 42$, nothing saying that I needed to buy the drive locally, which increased my loss.
P.S. Three month after the purchase I got the email confirming that my replacement has arrived, they asked my weather I want it or not! I guess this is how they do business, force you either wait for three months or charge you restocking fee."

"I would stay away from this company. I usually stay away from "No Name" companies and Yahoo! Merchants, but the price was too good to pass up on their Optorite DVD+-RW drives. I went ahead and placed the order, and of course after I order, I begin seeing more and more negative posts appear about the drive and the company.
The drive burned a bunch of coasters in 2 different machines and 3 different programs. I had a Pioneer 106 to test with and it worked fine. I contacted tech support (via email only, as they don't have a phone # listed) and did everything they said.
I was issued an RMA # and sent the items back, and they tried charging me a 25% restocking fee, when their website says only a 20% restocking fee, on top of the fact that both their website and the CSR I communicated with said if I return everything that was sent to me in as-new condition, I wouldn't be charged the restocking fee. Ah well, it's out of my hands now.
This place is shady and I would stay far away from it. Visit http://www.newegg.com instead! That is where I usually buy from, and just ended up purchasing another Pioneer 106 from them to replace the POS optorites I sent back to LiveWarehouse.
