"I want to keep this short. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs. If you want a company that will continue to provide you with empty promises and does not care about actually having you and your family protected then you should definitely sign up right away. I spoke with at least three managers and even suggested how they could keep my business, yet they were unable to find a solution that required having a technician come out to my house and installed their "state of the art" equipment. I only live in the a county that had the largest growth in the country last year and they do not have anyone within 75 miles of this metropolitan area. So make yourself an very informed decision. "

"We chose SafeMart/LiveWatch over its competitors because of the shorter required monitoring contract period, competitive pricing, upgraded GE monitoring panel, and the ability to add to the system. As advertised, the sensors and control panel are easy to install, and LiveWatch leads the customer through the set up, step-by-step with booklets and with personal, pre-arranged tech phone guidance. We particularly like the keyfob for arming and disarming the system without having to run to the control panel to disarm or to the door to exit before it arms. The interactive features are great, including e-mail messages whenever there's a change in the system status at the house, plus the ability to view and control the system from either a computer and/or a smartphone.
The LiveWatch people have been responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. We have not had an alarm so cannot comment on that part of the system. "
