I upgraded my GE Simon 3 system to the GE Simon XT touch panel, and couldn't be happier with both the system and with LiveWatch Security. I consulted with one of their tech support reps when inputting the sensors, and he was a top notch, knowledgeable professional.

LiveWatch deserves the praise it receives, judging from my experience. They go the extra mile to make the entire experience positive. I bought some smoke sensors off eBay and unbeknownst to me they were missing the mounting brackets, and therefore could not be armed. I asked LiveWatch's tech support if they sell the brackets and was told they'd check and get back to me. The next day I received an email saying they found some in their spare parts bin, and they sent them to me at zero cost, not even for the shipping! "
