"Very easy to setup and use this service. When we leave on vacation it has been simple to add a guest user to utilize the system while we are away. I especially like the instant text and email updates on status or alarm events. Easy to use smart phone application for activating/deactivating plus monitoring remotely. Only one incident so far has triggered a call to verify false alarm (neighbor kid ran inside before we deactivated alarm). They were quick and courteous on the call helping us avoid dispatching police and a costly false alarm penalty. Really great service overall. I have recommended LiveWatch Security to multiple neighbors and friends."

"It means a lot to me to be able to reach a live person in case of an emergency in my home because I have poor health and I live alone. Also, I love the fact that my alarm activates when there is severe weather conditions that might require me to take action immediately. Since I live in Florida (many hurricanes or tornados) this feature has activated about 6 time so far since I installed the system. I don't see any situation of stopping my service with LiveWatch Security but I wish the cost of monitoring was at a lower price than what I pay now and I am hoping that I will someday receive a notice that because of my loyalty my monthly monitoring fee is lowered."
