I ordered from newegg one day later, but received it one day earlier than logic supply! Logic supply took a total of 5 days to get the order to me (I ordered very early on the 14th), and newegg took a total of 3 days to get their order to me.

I was happy with Logic Supply's service and don't have any complaints, but obviously I am extremely happy with Newegg, which indicates room for improvment with Logic Supply's order fullfillement department."

The one killer for me was that I couldn't get the onboard sound to work under Linux as I planned. This computer was to serve as an HTPC so this was a deal breaker. Sure, I could put in the sound card I had laying around that would do digital coax out in the right format, however, the motherboard I purchased had only one PCI slot.

It is important that I note that Logic Supply made no promises about performance or functionality under Linux. For us Linux folks, if you can't get a clear yes or no on whether or not the product works after a few Google's then it's Buyer Beware. I took the chance and things didn't work out.

But I'm glad I took the chance with a company like Logic Supply. Even after I told them I was returning stuff, the customer service was top notch. Most companies wouldn't know customer service if it snuck up on them. Logic Supply was professional, courteous, prompt and helpful not only before and during the sale, but even after I indicated I wanted to make a return. Even my return was processed very fast.
