"When I put in the order, I specified that we wanted dark thread on the lighter colored clothing and light thread on the darker clothing. LogoUp embroidered white polo shirts with white thread for the background logo of the State of Minnesota and then put our name on the shirt in black. The black is OK, but at least dark grey for the logo would have worked - and white certainly doesn't. We can only see the logo with reflected light and then just barely. I wasn't sent a proof because we'd used this logo before, but I did specify that the white shirt needed darker thread. Quality=fine. Turnaround=fine. Price=fine. But, the white on white decision made no sense."
