"I ordered 3 shirts and had them embroidered. They sent a proof of my design -- it does have some intricate dots but I have had these embroidered on other shirts twice now without issue. This was my first time with LogoUp as I wanted to get the shirts and the embroidery service all from the same place. What I received looked NOTHING like my proof and was absolutely terrible. I can't believe they even let them out the door, not to mention one of the shirts had a spot on it. The issue is still not resolved, as they want to see pictures of how the logo looked when other companies did it for. Like my word isn't good enough, or that the shoddy job they did for me (I sent them pictures) wasn't enough to just go off of -- they want additional proof. Unbelievable.
I'm still giving them 2 stars because we're still communicating at this point, so perhaps it'll all work out in the end. Also, I'm wearing my favorite neon green heels, and I'm in a good mood. So lucky day LogoUp, this could have been a one star review."
