(and, it fit, I was very worried about this because the jacket was custom made with non-standard, not easily found, images to be embroidered) This was all done remotely (I uploaded the logos I wanted), and was delivered on time for his birthday. He lives 3000 miles away. Well done."
"There was a problem with my order I reached out to them was told someone would contact me 2 weeks later nothing. Was hoping for a response but nothing. Disappointed because wanted to use for all of our logo needs, tee shirts and jackets but they don’t follow through. Logo was crooked and off center and artwork sent was perfect. I never would send a bad review accept they never ever responded to me. I have 2 jackets that are useless. So disappointed they have no follow through. "
"Proofing took a few days, perhaps that’s normal. Production on 6 pieces took 2 weeks. 3 of the hats were not stitched per the location on the proof. Probably won’t order again. "

"Going on 4 weeks and still no items. 600+ bucks later. Last email i received was that the order was cancelled all out of left field. I called spoke to bejamin who said. It must be a mistake ill get it corrected but i never received any email either way. Granted this was all after constant corrections and details i pretty much covered on my initial order about threads etc etc etc. Simply dissapointed and up to now cant say any different. I need to check my credit card statement tomorrow to verify if i got charged and credited and/ or never credited or never charged. Just unpredictable and as i said dissapointed after so many calls i had to make to even get ball rolling. Leaving phone messages never getting a call back. Then finally i get a message email that if i dont call them they will have to cancel because they cant contsct me but they never called but i left a messGe saying lets forget it if we cant get this done and they then said they tried to reach me but i never received any calls. . Then i called them got it straightened out then more calls and approvals and corrections. Really simple obvious ones like name above title and title under name vs name and last name and title on second line. So i really dont know whats cooking with then but just overall extremely slow and cumbersome process. "

spoke with someone on the phone after all my orders were cancelled and I was blocked from the site for "bad reviews". I get the policy, I just wish they would WANT to change your mind with good customer service. I upped my star rating because the guy I spoke on the phone with was very nice and apologetic on "just company policy". It's a shame the company blacklisted me, I would've given them another chance or just not rushed anything through them moving forwards!
I used logo up for many years with virtually no complaints. I placed very large costly orders consistently with them. I always told my clients that items took 3 weeks. Their turnaround time is dismal, but even that I was willing to deal with. I had one order recently which had to be rushed, so I paid the rush fee for 1 day and still didn't receive my items for 2 weeks. When I asked, they explained proofing took longer due to a "file error" and that the rush only applies to the ship, not the 3-5 day processing time.
I took it that time BUT this second time was the last straw. I ordered my items with PLENTY of time for a proof, process, and ship. I heard nothing from them till end of day 3 when i had to ask where my proof was? They argued back and forth with me blaming me and asking for more money. They said I could pay $175 to rush it. I kept pointing out that they had delayed my proof and I shouldn't have to pay the rush for their mistake. But instead they just kept repeating the same thing that there were "problems" and asking me to pay. I still have yet to receive my proof (day 4). I couldn't believe that a professional company felt the need to argue back and forth through email with a pretty good customer of theirs."
