"I placed an order for some apparel. I went by the guide online with all of their specifications. They then can back and told me it would cost be more and I had get a minimum amount in certain colors. This company need to stop running false advertisements and tell people the way it is from the get go and don't try to lure them it and try to charge them extra. You gotta stick to your word!"

" Just like previous orders this one took a while to get here. That part of the process I am still unhappy about. Should not take two weeks to stitch a few items and mail it. I could see if I had a huge order of hundreds of items, but that’s not what this post is about... This post is for all the Christmas sales that were being flashed to my phone, for what seemed like every other hour, in which I decided to take advantage of one of them. I was ordering a medium jacket for my adult daughter who is 24 years old. What I received looks like a medium in a child’s jacket, which would explain why it was so cheap. The ad message that I received on the sale and even the page of sale itself on the website did not indicate children sizes, as such one would conclude that it should be regular adult sized items. It is now three days from Christmas and there is no hope of getting this problem corrected. Even though I ordered 3 1/2 weeks out from Christmas. Needless to say, LogoUp should mention if it is an item for a child or an adult. I had several females try the jacket on and it is definitely a childs size as no one should fit it comfortably. The rest of the items came out fine which is why I gave it two stars."

"$22 is the standard shipping rate. My order weighed 2 pounds, there’s no way it actually costs them $22 to ship. Paid $100 for two lightweight fleece jackets and 15 days later I still have not received them. Shop around, I’m sure your town has a local shop that can do custom embroidery for less money and much quicker. "
