"I read reviews and placed my order according to the recommendations others made. I was VERY specific about my order. I spoke to customer service several times before the order was confirmed. Once I received my order it was the wrong brand. I contacted customer service and was told it was the "artist oversight" and they would offer me a 20% discount if I wanted to place another order, I did not want to place a second order when the first was not correct. I told them I would do a review like this and the response I got was "I am sure you understand everyone is human and we all make mistakes" "
