She made sure everything was according to my specifications as well as getting my order pushed up so I could have my hats and polo's for a featured video publication. I got my order just in time to wear my high-quality embroidery stitched logo hat and polo for the feature. "They stretch the truth about what's "in stock". Claiming they have multiple locations they play games and hold up orders that have multiple items as they transfer things around from one location to another until they are deemed in stock and that's when the clock starts ticking. Their delivery promise is garbage and it's frustrating when you are ordering things for a show on a specific date and the things don't arrive in time. Their logistics are terrible."
"This was my first purchase with LogoUp and it was a sample order. I was very impressed with how smoothly the art approval process went. I needed one small correction and it was done very quickly. I ordered three samples - two polo shirts and one hat. The embroidery on the shirts was perfect, and I would have left 5 stars if that was all that I had ordered. Unfortunately, the embroidery on the hat was messed up. Part of the design was left off at top left, and there was a double line of embroidery down the left side. I have a registered copyright on the design and was very insistent that the design be as close to the original artwork as possible. I was hoping that I would be able to get everything I needed from this supplier, but the poor quality of the embroidery on the hat means that I will have to search for another vendor, and may end up using them for everything. Oh well, they had their shot.

"The quality of their products are great. However, the processing time to get things done takes way too long. If there is any corrections needed, you have to wait 2-3 days to get that corrected. The communication time needs improvement and often time if you call to try to speed up the process than to wait on an email, you are unable to get the person you are communicating with in the email on the phone. There is also the issue of items going out of stock after it shows available on the website and you put your order in then 2 weeks later you are being told the item is out of stock. Also beware of completing your order online at one price and then getting an invoice without a phone call with another price and then being told that the price on the website was a glitch....****. The only upside is the quality of the shirts that I have gotten from them, every other aspect have me on the edge every time I order. Shipping is fast once the product finally makes it to production."
"It was very easy to order and the only think is that I had An option of a text on the right and left side. That meant on the front right or left and not right or left on the hat. It wasn’t possible for me to figure out how to change it so I ordered It like that. Look good though and the hat is of gr at quality. "

"I placed an order and requested a slight change to one of my logos. After the logo was modified I tried 3 times to call and have the modified logo put on one of the other things that I ordered. All three times I was told by someone that the graphic designer or someone would call me back. I left my information each time and was never contacted. Last week the items arrived and I now have to call and wait on an exchange again. "
