I have ordered silk screening products and communication is spotty and delayed to put it kindly.
Products are good pricing is good but it seems contact and updates are just not consistent.
For example last order the 48 hr contact went well over a week and my cup holders showed up before I got a final bill for my shirts.
Just odd will try again but honestly I am pricing silk screening locally next order.

"I was very happy with how my primary logo turned out on the caps I ordered from LogoUp. The one issue I had was I wanted artwork on both the front AND back, and it wasn't clear how I could add two logos. When I tried to go back and add the second logo, it wouldn't allow me. When I emailed the second logo in just after completing my order so it could be added, they responded that the artwork couldn't be added because my hats had already gone into production. As a consequence, my initial order of caps wasn't completely what I wanted, though I was happy with the work that was done. I was able to add the artwork later, and have submitted a second order. "
