The logo we wanted to be embroidered was too intricate for them to do, but the order had been placed already, so I was charged extra.

When the shirts arrived, the 5XL shirts ran very short, tight, and paper thin. The XL shirts were fine for the average-build guy.

Moral of the story: I don't really feel like we got what we paid for with this, especially for the 5XL. If you have bigger guys on your staff, it may be best to move on to another service. "
