"My last 2 orders were not complete! On the shipping sheet it said, "refunded". This has happened to me 2wice now and there is no refund posted back into my PayPal account. I have called many times yet they claim it was refunded. I am now using paypal customer service to get my money back. They assume life is too busy to keep calling but when you have 4 kids and still try to take care of your self every penny/dollar counts! It a total of $40 from two separate orders. I believe they do it in small amounts so it goes seemingly unnoticed. I dont have money to give away so they wont keeo mine!"
