"I ordered a big order. I received everything but one pair of boots. I contacted them and asked how they would go about either sending my boots or refunding me. I e-mailed at least 15 times. The phone number provided is always busy. Once I got a response they proceeded to tell me that they their records said it shipped. I told them I wanted to speak to management. I still have not heard back. So basically this is the worst customer service of my life. They won't send my missing shoes or refund me. Don't waist your time shopping here."
